Mazda Motor Europe has selected Webfair AssessNet for the auditing and self-assessment of its European sales and authorised repairer outlets

The implementation automates all standards management and auditing field processes, and supports Mazda in its audit follow-up and action planning processes.

The Mazda solution, to be known as MSAT, will be used by Mazda Europe and local country representatives (NSCs), Mazda dealers as well as Mazda's auditing partner, R. L. Polk.

MSAT will begin to support self-assessment of Mazda's 2,500 dealer outlets from May 2005.
