Nissan to go live with dealer performance management system from Webfair

 

 

With the goal of improving network performance and quality across its European dealer network, Nissan Europe has implemented a new dealer standards and quality management system based on Webfair's market leading AssessNet product. Nissan, together with Webfair, has implemented the solution focusing initially on standards management at both European and local market levels, with rollout planned across the network to support dealer assessment and network reporting, and integration within the Nissan dealer portal. The solution automates all BER-related auditing and assessment processes, as well as providing the capability to collect quantitative data relating to dealer and authorized repairer performance.

The Nissan solution will be used by Nissan Europe and local country representatives (NSCs), as well as Nissan's dealers. The system will begin to support the assessment of Nissan's 2,500 European dealer and repairer outlets later in 2006.
